Direct billing for eligible extended health plans
Direct billing is available through TELUS Health, GreenShield, Medavie Blue Cross and Sun Life portals for eligible insurance plans.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT
Two things to do before you arrive
Complete your health history and consent forms at least 24 hours before your appointment
Arrive 15 minutes early, with your insurance information and a current list of your medications
CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENT
24 hours’ notice
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments, no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $70 fee, charged to the card on file or added to your next visit. Genuine emergencies are considered at the clinic’s discretion.
Cash, e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service. Gift cards are non-refundable.
