HOW TREATMENT IS BUILT

Assessment first, then an approach that can change.

Your massage therapist reviews your health history, assesses your movement and relevant tissue condition, and explains the recommended approach before treatment begins. Pressure, technique, and session length match how you present rather than a set routine and your feedback shapes the treatment as it goes.

Where it suits your assessment and treatment goals, a therapeutic massage session may also include Anodyne or Red Light Therapy.
